We were lucky to have started this year with #1 & #2 respectively in Sweden with 25Media artist Tobias Gustavsson having co-produced the winner and runner up from the Swedish Idol. Meanwhile Straight Frank are settling into re-recording their debut album for Sony Music, a work of progress that will consume much of the band's time over the next couple of months.

Artist Mia Bergström, will feature on the forthcoming album "Atemlos" by German artist "Schiller", release date 12 March 2010. The song called "Playing With Madness" not only features Mia but was also co-written by her. Available everywhere from March.

Straight Frank have formally signed a deal with Sony Music Entertainment in Munich today. We wish the band much success with their debut album after being briefly signed to "Bodog Music Europe" earlier this year before the label went into bankruptcy. It has been a long wait across the summer but finally the boys can begin 2010 as newly signed artists.

In a week in which 25Media artist & writer, Tobias Gustavsson was in Berlin writing and recording with Universal artist "Billy Andrews", the hit writer heads back to Stockholm as the release of Martin Stenmarck's new album "Septemberland" enters the Swedish album chart at #10. The album co-written and co-produced by Tobias, has been eagerly awaited and we are happy to see its entry in the Top Ten.

Our second album in the charts - Sarah Dawn Finer's "Moving On" slips down to #36 after ten weeks and certifying gold.

Elsewhere, Swedish rockers "Straight Frank" are back in the studio both writing & recording as well as rehearsing a new show for upcoming dates. The band's song "Good Lookin' Corpse" recently featured on a PC Game Trailer which can be seen on the band's YouTube Channel. The band spent the last few days in Berlin conducting business meetings.

Austrian rock band "Jerx" join the 25Media family with immediate effect. The band, who are currently based in Berlin already have two albums to their name, together with a live show that is not to be missed. Check the bands own website and youtube channel for more info.

14 October 2009:

Sarah Dawn Finer keeps a firm grip on the Swedish Top Ten after a run of six weeks and certifying Gold. Meanwhile the new album from Martin Stenmarck is eagerly awaited after the first single went to #1. The album features five tracks from Tobias Gustavsson and is due out in two weeks. Tobias, back from song co-writing in London is in the Stockholm studio this week with Henrik Edenhed, his production partner and colleague from Straight Frank.
Song writer, Ron Dohanetz has gone from strength to strength and has been working with Berlin based production team "The Beatgees". In Zurich meanwhile, recording artist Fannie Lüscher has been busy working with Samsung Mobile on their new advertising campaign.

Gold for Sarah Dawn Finer and her album "Moving On" after one week at the top of the Swedish album charts. The fast selling album is proving a radio and media hit and certified Gold last week. Meanwhile the album's song contributor - Tobias Gustavsson - heads to Berlin for co-writes after finishing tracks for the Swedish Eurovision. In Berlin hit writer Tobias who has scored six #1's in the in 2008/9, will be working with 25Media artist, Fannie Lüscher (Universal) on tracks for her new album. Zurich based Fannie, will be in Berlin from Tuesday through Friday.
Also in the studio this week is songwriter Ron Dohanetz with Universal artist Billy Andrews and also working with Fannie Lüscher, before spending time on his own new project "Citizen Doe". More details to come.

#1 Swedish artist Sarah Dawn Finer sweeps to #1 in the Swedish album charts with her album "Moving On ". The album features the Tobias Gustavsson written track "Standing Strong " and is published by Aesona Music Publishing. The chart ranking gives Tobias his sixth #1 in little over a year.

Rockers Straight Frank are back fresh from a studio session having written several new tracks. The first of which "One by One" is now on the boy's MySpace page and is worth a listen. Welcome to the 25Media Berlin website.
Singer / songwriter Ron Dohanetz is in the studio in Berlin working on his new artist project "Citizen Doe". The first tracks have already been written and now we await the results of the studio session. In Zurich, artist "Fannie Lüscher" is busy working on new tracks to follow up on her studio debut album from 2008. Recently signed to Universal Music Publishing Germany and the latest edition to the 25Media family, Fannie has a great future ahead of her and an incredible voice to match. Swedish artist / songwriter Mia Bergström recently completed her co-writing and recording in Berlin and is now back in her native Gothenburg. New tracks expected soon and Swedish hit writer Tobias Gustavsson after five incredible #1's in the last year is busy completing new tracks for the Swedish Eurovision Song Contest.
